Episode summary
Natsumi gets a double-whammy of bad news: Saburo, her crush, is switching schools, and her favorite radio show host, 623, is taking his act to the US! Ninja Koyuki stealth-drags Natsumi to the station to find out the truth, even as the Keroro platoon "radio-jacks" the show. Later, Alisa Southerncross returns to hunt in Inner-Tokyo when a creature makes it rain incessantly... but only in Fuyuki`s general vicinity, for some reason. Source: crunchyroll
